What happens at the end of the trial?
At the end of your Hourly trial, your data is retained for an additional 30 days so that you’ve got some time to consider
your options and select a subscription to purchase.
Do I need to enter my credit card details for the free trial?
When you sign up for your trial you'll have 14 days access to all of Hourly’s Professional features at no cost and with no credit card required.
At any point during the trial you may choose and purchase a subscription.
Can I change my plan or add/remove people?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time and we only charge you for active users.
Can we pay via invoice, purchase order etc?
You sure can, if your account is an annual subscription and has 10 or more users we can send you an invoice
and discuss payment terms that suit you.
How do I manage billing?
Manage all billing preferences and settings on the Subscriptions tab of the Account page.
What about 'read only' users?
We don't have a read only user type but you can send scheduled reports to anyone with an email address (they don't need an Hourly account).
Can I start the Starter or Enterprise plans?
All trials start on our middle tier, which is called professional. If you'd like to try other features or plans please get in touch.
