Do you offer discounts?

Yes! we offer a 20% discount for subscriptions billed annually. Use the pricing toggle to compare yearly and monthly amounts.

We also offer discounts for non-profits, NGO's, and educational institutions and large organisation with 50 or more users. Please get in touch to apply.

What happens at the end of the trial?

At the end of your Hourly trial, your data is retained for an additional 30 days so that you’ve got some time to consider your options and select a subscription to purchase.

Do I need to enter my credit card details for the free trial?

Hourly’s free trial gives you access to all Professional features for 14 days. You do not need to enter your credit card details to start your free trial. You will be prompted for payment if you wish to continue using Hourly’s Professional tier after your trial has ended. You can choose to purchase a subscription at any point during your trial.

Can I change my plan or add/remove people?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time and we only charge you for active users.

Can we pay via invoice, purchase order etc?

You sure can. If your account is an annual subscription and has 10 or more users we can send you an invoice and discuss payment terms that suit you.

How do I manage billing?

Manage all billing preferences and settings on the Subscriptions tab of the Account page.

What about 'read-only' users?

We don't have a read-only user type but you can send scheduled reports to anyone with an email address (they don't need an Hourly account).

Can I start my trial on the Freelancer or Enterprise plans?

All trials start on our middle tier, which is called Professional. If you'd like to try other features or plans, please get in touch.
