Hourly also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Insights, web analytics service. These analytics services uses cookies, web beacons, and other means to help Hourly analyse how users use the site. When an organisation cancels their subscription, or lets their subscription lapse, we will retain data for a period of 90 days. Organisations may reactivate a subscription any time within this 90 day period without data loss.
Data Archival/Removal
When an organisation cancels their subscription, or lets their subscription lapse, we will automatically delete all data after 90 days. Organisations may export their data at any time while their subscription is active.

Data Storage
To provide Hourly’s services, it’s necessary for us to collect, process & store information about you. The type of information we collect depends on how you use Hourly and may include:
- Information and content you and your organisation’s users provide (This includes all of the data entered when creating an Hourly account and all the data entered when using Hourly). We do not your store credit card information but use a third party to handle payments and billing (Stripe).
- Usage (We may collect and use information about how you use Hourly. This includes things like what browser you use, your IP address, which features you use and how often you use them, which subscription tier you and are on and how many users your account has.
Security
Hourly combines technical and physical safeguards with employee policies and procedures to protect your information. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information.
